Declaration of Restoration under
Uti Possidetis Juris
Allodium Moorish Praedium Nashville, Tennessee (AMPNT)
Coordinates: 36.1627° N, 86.7816° W
Preamble
When a People, descended of ancient nations and lawfully recognized sovereigns, find themselves displaced by colonization, stripped of nationality, and alienated from their lands, it becomes necessary, in accordance with the Law of Nations, the principle of self-determination, and the immutable rights of man and of peoples, to restore what is rightfully theirs by law, heritage, and divine order.
We, the People of Allodium Moorish Praedium Nashville, Tennessee (AMPNT), invoking the principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice, do hereby declare and affirm our Restoration as a cultural polity and indigenous community, in peaceful harmony with international and domestic law.
